Hi, I’m Ilie and I design software.

Software is consuming the world and I belive that when it comes to productivity and participation, well-designed, quality software can make an instrumental impact on people’s potential.

I’ve spent the better part of my career in fintech, designing modern interpretations of financial tools for younger generations.

My discipline is what the industry currently calls “Product Design,” although I just say I’m a “Designer.”

Problems come in all shapes and sizes—most of the time I work with a company’s product and engineering teams to figure out if design can solve those problems. Sometimes that means rethinking the whole product, and other times it can mean rethinking one small interaction.
